The remaining heads of the bridge of Remagen, fortified towers of weather-beaten dark stone blocks are nowadays used as cultural spaces.

I was invited to contribute to an exhibition where the artist Wolf Rabe showed an array of floating cattle bones hanging in the rotunda of one of the towers.

The installation reflects the artists thoughts about pain and death.
My contribution was a piece of musique concrète composed from the sounds of the floating cattle bones touching each other now and then.
